In 1999, Craig Wilson became a licensed realtor and teamed with his wife, Brenda where their real estate practice consistently earned them annual top production awards at Keller Williams Realty in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In 2004, pursuing a lifelong dream, Craig and his family relocated to the Sarasota-Bradenton area, where they quickly acclimated to its sunny lifestyle. Craig & Brenda decided to focus on learning about new construction in the area, and quickly became skilled in finding the best values for their buyer clients.
A resident of Lakewood Ranch, Craig is able to offer his clients unique and personal insight into the east Manatee and Sarasota County luxury communities he specializes in. In addition, Craig enjoys taking time to get acquainted with his clients and better understand their individual real estate needs.
A highly driven individual with a strong entrepreneurial background, Craig, along with his wife and brother, owned and managed several businesses. Some of those businesses include Almost-A-Banc, a 19-branch financial services operation and Quick-File Tax Network, an H & R Block styled tax service with over 25 locations per season, both in Virginia Beach,VA area.
Craig has also earned several real estate accreditations and awards such as Sarasota Magazine’s “5-Star: Best in Client Satisfaction” rating for real estate agents in 2005 & 2006 and is a Broker Associate and Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP).
Craig is also passionate about missions work and has made numerous trips to Dominican Republic and Honduras over the past 3 years, mainly to help young orphans by providing special high grade nutrients and vitamins to help these AIDS ORPHANS have a better quality of life.
Brenda Wilson
Recognized by clients and peers for her dedication and personal approach, Brenda Wilson has 13 years of experience in residential real estate with past success in Texas, Oklahoma and now the Sarasota-Bradenton area. A specialist in homes & condos located in Manatee and Sarasota Counties, Brenda works hard to make sure each transaction is an enjoyable and pleasant experience for her clients.
Brenda & Craig joined Keller Williams Realty in September 2004 along with her husband, Craig. Married for 22 years, they have been in business together for most of their marriage and enjoy working together. Prior to moving to Lakewood Ranch three years ago, the couple sold real estate in Tulsa, Okla. for Keller Williams Realty and was ranked as one of the company’s top real estate teams in the state.
Before entering the real estate industry, Brenda and Craig owned and managed several businesses including Almost-A-Banc, a 19-branch financial services operation and Quick-File Tax Network, an H & R Block styled tax service with over 25 locations per season, both in Virginia.
In addition to her real estate license, Brenda is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). She also enjoys volunteering at the Lakewood Ranch Medical Center where she was recently selected as VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR. Brenda is also passionate about occasional mission trips in Central America and hopes to go again soon.
